Terms and Conditions back to Contact Detail Completing the contact In submitting an email including the selected buttons the customer enters a binding agreement to a completed sales contract. In the case that the offer is taken, Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR will send the customer an order confirmation via email. This binding agreement also contains the correspondent to transfer the costs of the ordered buttons and delivery. After receipt of payment Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR will send the customer the ordered buttons. Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR reserves the right to reject orders within one week. Delivery / Shipment Goods are delivered by delivery companies chosen by Vrban&Vrban GbR. The customer is responsible for paying an estimated shipping cost. The charge may be based on the quantum of buttons and the location of recipient. Current shipping price can bee seen here . After receipt of payment the buttons will be finished and posted immediately. The customer will be informed if the goods send by post. If shipment exceptionally is not received within two weeks after receipt of payment the customer will be informed immediately via email. The customer is entitled to the right of return. This must be exercised within two workdays. The transferred money will be refunded. Customers do not have the right to demand damage compensation for delays in delivery, provided damage was unintentional and didn't occur as a result of gross negligence. Payment Payment has been made by advance payment. The sale price is due immediately without discount. For customers within the EU states, the price given is the end price. These price include necessary taxes, in particular, sales taxes. Tax rates are determined by the deliver address submitted. For customers outside the EU states, the price given is the net price. This is determined by the delivery address submitted. If taxes must be paid in the country where the goods are received, this charge, in additon to the order value, msut be paid by the customer. Some goods may be charged import duties; the customer in additon to the order value must also pay these charges. Copyright/ Intellectual Property Rights for Design / Examption from Liability Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR is the owner of the copyright of the published LullabyCry-designs. It's forbidden to duplicate or use these picutures/designs/graphics in any way. When the customer designs a product, the customer thereby assures Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR that the designs product does not violate an third party rigths. Any autorship, persona and/or name usage violations are the full responsibility of the customer. The customer also insures that by customising the product no additional third-party rights are violated. The customer will on first request exempt Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR from all demands and requirements generated by the violation of such third-party rights. The customer is responsible for refunding Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR all legal defense and damage costs that arise. Guarantee In the case of a customer is sending his own design, he assures Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR of possessing the right to duplicate and distribute this design. The customer will solely bear the responsibility for any violation of copyright or trademark. The client ensures also that in personalising the products, not other legal rights of any third parties are infringed. If a customer finds a defect included in the seller's warranties, the customer has the right to request a new fulfilment of the contract. In the case of a return shipment due to damages or quality defects, Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR will pay the shipping costs. The customer is required to use a shipping method that does not include unnecessary shipping costs. Liability Limitations Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR takes no responsibility for injury to life, body and health occurring within the guarantee period, Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR does claim responsibility for damages by Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR that are premeditated or resulting from gross neglect or intentional herm. Data communication via Internet at the present technological capacities cannot insure that nor errors arise and/or that the site will always be available. Partial Nullity In the case that a single clause of the Terms and Conditions is nullified, the remaining clauses stay valid. Nullified clauses are replaced following legal provision. Miscellaneous Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR's offers without engagement. Minor deviations of design and/or color don't qulify to object to. Offers of Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR are non-binding. The customer has no right to send back the buttons because the buttons producing by Dayz-Production Vrban&Vrban GbR were meeting the specifications of the customer. No liability assumed for up-to-dateness, corectness, completeness or provided information's quality.
